WPS 2nd Annual Poster Competition
Hello 2025 Poster Competition participants! Thank you again for sending your poster slides with the important work you are accomplishing. We wish you the best of success with your submissions.
Below are final details about your entries, event logistics and the link with instructions for you to register for the event:
COMPETITION DETAILS AND LOGISTICS
Print your 3’ wide x 4’ high poster and bring it with you to the event. (Remember you must be present with your poster during the session to be eligible for awards.)
The competition will take place from 5:00 – 6:00 pm (appetizers and beverages will be included)
Set up time will begin at 3:45 in the Atrium (posters must be set up by 5:00 pm)
Come to the Poster Competition Registration Desk
Pick up the list of Posters with your names in alphabetical order and your Poster Number
Place your Poster at your designated location
Poster Competition Awards will take place in the Auditorium from 7:15 – 8:00 pm
A Dinner Buffet will follow in the Atrium beginning at 8:00 pm
NOTE: Poster removal will be at 8:30 pm. Poster display boards will be removed at 8:45.
WHAT TO WEAR
Gala dressy but not tuxedos or formal gowns
ENTRY & PARKING AT THE EMBASSY
ID'S will be required for everyone to enter the Embassy. Free Valet Parking will be available.
